Austrian Airlines Group resumes Peking flights

The Austrian Airlines Group is resuming its scheduled Vienna-Peking-Vienna flights as of 1st August 2003, after the World Health Organization lifted its warning for the Chinese capital. Departing from Vienna every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday with Airbus A330/A340 long-haul aircraft. This makes the route network of the Austrian Airlines Group with its 121 destinations in 63 countries on all five continents complete again. Flights to Peking can be booked immediately around the clock at www.aua.com, 05 1789 (in all of Austria at local charges), or at the Austrian Airlines city and airport offices and your travel agency during normal business hours.

The Peking flights of the Austrian Airlines Group were temporarily cancelled at the beginning of May 2003 due to decreasing demand.
